OFFICE information

Office Information The office staff at Alabama Psychological Services Center provides all the essential services to support the clinical work offered by the providers. All can be reached by calling 256.533.9393. Phones are answered between 8:30am and 5pm Monday through Thursday and between 8:30am and 3pm Friday. Messages can be left 24 hours a day. Members of the office staff can assist you in any of the following areas:

New Patients
If you are new to the practice and would like information or to schedule an appointment, the extension to dial is 217. Then Vicki will address your questions, register you or your child as a patient, and schedule the first appointments. She will gather enough information about your concerns to match you or your child with clinicians with the appropriate expertise.

Scheduling and Canceling Appointments
The extension to call for scheduling or canceling appointments is 210. If all receptionists are busy, you may have to leave a message. Messages are retrieved and returned frequently so you can expect a call back within a short time. Please remember that appointments need to be cancelled with 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. Appointments cancelled due to illness, inclement weather, or emergencies do not result in a fee.

Billing and Insurance
If you have questions about a bill you receive in the mail or about your insurance coverage, the extension to call is 225. Our Office Manager will be glad to assist you.
